Healthy ways

Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth and faithfulness the best relationship.

Many of you would agree with me that we are what we eat. At least I strongly acknowledged this fact.
We eat what we should not eat, at times when we should not.
How much for granted we take our health. I believe health is not all about being slim, smart, Good health is:
Eating healthy,
Not being over weight,
Being active,
Taking good sleep,
Some exercise.

Personally my love of cooking has given me few extra kgs now and then, but alhumdolillah my body is flexible, I manage to shed them off fast.
My friends have asked me couple of times for good and RAPID weight loss plan.  Well the time we took in gaining should be doubled in shedding off.  Therefore nothing is rapid weight loss. Funny but sometimes or most of the times when we are planning to go on a diet we plan to commit our self from a TOMORROW which never comes, there is no tomorrow today is the day, now is what we are living in. Its your life , your health, live in today.
I would recommend anyone eating any type of cuisine that to go on a diet you don't need a diet plan to follow, you know your body you definitely know what you should NOT be eating, eat everything in balance, cut down your intake to half give away sweats there is no nutrition in sugar and sweat but yes lots of calories.
Take 15 minutes exercise routine 4-5 times a week and good sleep.



In health ways I am planning to put up my diet plans which have worked successfully for me.
I will add some low fat recipes, which are filling and tasty.
